Equipment

The microscopy facility is equipped with routine microscopes and a workstation :

– 3 widefield epifluorescence microscopes for fixed material
– 1 routine fluorescence microscope for cultured cells
– 1 widefield visible light microscope with color camera
– 1 workstation

Workstation (1):

A workstation for image analysis is available. This workstation is equipped with the freeware FIJI, IMAGEJ, ICY, but also with Metamorph offline, Zen, and Leica Application Suite.

This workstation allows, among other things, to process 2D and 3D deconvolution images.
