Louis does his PhD in bioinformatics. He obtained a master degree in “Cell and Molecular Biology” in 2011 from Rennes 1 University and a master’s degree in “Bioinformatics and Biostatistics” in 2015 from Paris Sud University.
His past job in the laboratory of Pierre Ronco (Tenon Hospital, Paris) led him to exploit Whole Exome Sequencing data to detect risk/protective factors for membranous nephropathy, an autoimmune renal disease and the second most common cause of nephrotic syndrome.
He joined the Rougeulle laboratory in 2017 to explore the noncoding transcriptome of bladder cancers, through a collaborative project funded by the “Plan Cancer 2014-2019”.
